Contributions are made in USDT (Tether USD stablecoin) and are then internally exchanged for the $SVOI meme-token on the TON blockchain, based on the rate on the day of the contribution.

1. The membership period is increased from 12 to 24 months.
2. The total amount of initial membership fees is updated to 63 USDT.
3. A mandatory monthly share contribution of 50 USDT is introduced.

IPC SEP "SVOI" is currently undergoing a significant transformation. The cooperative is transitioning to a new format: the Unique Cooperative Socio-Economic Investment-Index-Production Blockchain Platform "GARANT."
This new structure will function as a Russian equivalent of firms like The Vanguard Group, complete with its own index—similar to the S&P 500—but adapted to the specific goals and realities of consumer cooperation.
